Total 96 samples of Equus ferus caballus for six breeds were analysed for mining CNVs. The breeds which have been considered for the work include Manipuri, Zanskari, Bhutia, Spiti, Kathiawari and Marwari. The distribution of CNV and CNVR is given in the below images.
